It's Gone................

I finally got my way and the wall is gone today. I've been wanting the

wall between the lounge and the living area gone for so long and today Johno came over and removed it. It looks great without it and we have so much more room.

I have had a very busy day today. Last night we had a recap of the Roo ball rules for junior soccer and today was a referee course. I decide that I do enough without being a ref and told them that I would cater lunch for the 12-15 people who were going to be involved. The only problem was that when I dropped off Abbey to do the course there were already 21 people there. Anyway I ended up catering for 25 people chicken & veggie soup and mixed sandwiches. Thanks to Barbara for her help or it might have been a very late lunch.

For my day 9 photo I have a photo of my god son Noah & myself. He is sooooooo cute.

It's So Cold

Today was so cold, I need to get home a little earlier to turn the heaters on, so the house is nice warm at night.

I'm so excited Johno is coming over on the weekend to knock out a wall so our living area will be huge. We are also talking about putting in a wood fire, the house should be so much warmer with one.

One more day left and then I'm on a weeks holiday hopeing to scrap at least one whole day. fingers crossed.

I went to Callandoon Studios today so wayne could take my Day 8 photo. This is what he came up with.

It's So Quiet

It's so quiet at home tonight. The 2 littlies are having a sleep over at aunty Vicki's again. (2 nights with out them around) And Abbey is in the office doing her induction to start work at Target. Didn't get around to posting my photo for yesterday as I had a sleep over at aunty Barb's and hadn't yet taken a photo. I didn't like the idea of staying at home by myself, so I took my jimjams(pj's) and a bottle of red wine over to Barbs for a girls night. So here is my day 6 photo (me enjoying a rather large glass of red).

We had a rather late night last night and had to be at work early. So tonight I'm just a bit tired. So I decided to put on my jimjams early and enjoying the peace and quiet of only Abbey and I being home. So I'm going to sit near the heater eat chocolate and watch one of my faveriote movies "Serendipity".

IT'S RAINING

It's raining and the talk around town is that we are mean't to get 2 inches tonight. (we will wait and see). It's been one of those days today Keely's piano teacher is leaving town, so I have one very unhappy girl. Now that it's rained the tennis tournament for tommorow will probably be called off and Thomas and Keely are not happy about the possabillity of that happening. Abbey is working all week at Brennan & Cummins Real Estate. Then starts working Monday at Target. Busy girl. Twinkle is happy she gets to come inside out off the rain and keep warm.

The Girl Stayed Over

Today was a nice day we got to take our jumpers off for a while. I did some washing, watched a video, and even had time to Scrapbook. When the girls are here you don't get to do much. They keep you busy letting you know all the gossip, whos done what & why.

I was hopeing to do something different today with my photo for day4 but as you can see everyone had to join in. This was not an easy photo " you will have to take it again my eyes were closed", "I wasn't ready" don't like that one" ect..............

So this is Abbey, Amy and Jess.

Weekend Work

I worked at Callandoon Studios this morning Wayne went away and left the shop in my hands. Anyway this is what I came up with for my day 3 photo a professional back drop behind me, but not a so professional photo.

We are on our way out for tea even though it is freezing cold but a nice glass of red should fix that.

The Reason Why

I set up this blog for 2 reasons:

1. Living so far away from family and friends (something like 1500km) I thought it would be a great way to share photos and keep in touch.
2. Pip from CUT & PASTE sent out a challenge for all to join in. The challenge is called "365 DAYS OF ME". So for the next 365 days I need to take a photo of something about me! different but I'm up for it.
