Day 56 & Day 57

Day 56
Picking Abbey up from work.

It's 11.00pm and instead of sleeping I'm eating chocolate.

I've Been Tagged

Jodie has tagged me. Know I need to leave 8 random fact about

So here goes

1. I'm never at home. (Just ask my husband) I am always running around with the children. Work, Music Lessons, Spots, tutoring Soccer more Soccer ect....

2. I am totally addicted to blogs. I check them at work then I check them before I go to bed. Thank Pip for introducing me to the land of blogs. I always read the facts when people are tagged and hoped that no one ever tagged me Thanks Jodie

3.I live to far away from my family. Nearly 1700km. We don't see each other often enough and I miss seeing my niece's and nephews growing up.

4. I love working on the Mobile Kindy, I love dancing and singing with the children in the service. And I get to finger paint, collage and so much more.

5. I'm hopeless with keys I loose them all the time. Lucky we have 2 cars .
and I'm so lucky Michael is away at the moment, I know the keys to his car are somewhere between here and Moonie.

6. I love, love, love chocolate specially white chocolate.

7. I hate ironing . Barb always threatens to send me home to iron my shirts properly. (She has no hope) But I love my ironing lady.

8. I look forward to the Cruise for Cancer every year. Only 10 more sleeps to go.

My turn to tag :

Nicole, Jodie J, Bec, Sharon, My Brother Cory, Donna, Nic, & Mazza
How hard was that

1-Post these rules.
2-Each person tagged must post 8 random (... hopefully interesting) facts about themselves.
3-Taggees should write a blogpost of these facts.
4- At the end of the post 8 more bloggers are tagged and named and released back into the wild.
5-Go to their blog and leave a comment telling them they're tagged

Once Upon A Time................

I used to wear at least one ring on every finger, so many bracelets that I tingle when I walked, chunky necklaces and different earrings. Now all I wear are two crosses on a single chain and a pair of sleepers. I had to take all my jewellery of for an operation (as you do). The crosses were given to me as get well presents. One from Michael and one from my special wonderful friend Nicole. The only time I take them of is when we are going out to a wedding or somewhere that I wear a different necklace (doesn't happen often), but then I pin them on to the inside of my clothes or put them in my bag. They are always with me.

For my day 55 photo here are my crosses so completely different but so so very special.

If you are reading this Nic miss you heaps and I'm sending you lots of love and kisses for you and your family. mmmmmwah

Playing Hookie…..

It was so hard to get out of bed this morning, I was wishing it was Sunday and I could sleep in. But it is Monday and I have to get up and do the Monday thing. I was late for work then I played HOOKIE and went to the hair dressers for a cut, the hair wash was great with an extra long head massage that nearly put me to sleep. Then it was back to work. left work late and grabbed a few groceries before going home.Took Thomas into basket ball and picked Abbey and Amy up on the way home. Then went back to work at 7pm for a meeting.

When I got home I had a lovely hot lavender bubble bath and read for a while. I love to read in the bath it's so relaxing. And now at 10 minutes past 10 I am of to bed (See mum I don't stay up all night, I do go to bed before midnight).
Goodnight to you all

I'm Excited

I received my ticket today for the CRUISE FOR CANCER and I'm so excited only 19 more sleeps to go. This is my 4th year on the cruise. We have so much fun. There is so many people that go every year. I love being a pillion passenger. Last year there were 165 bikes. It was a great day. The only problem I have is at the end of the day my bottom is so sore I can hardly sit down. But it is all worth it. One year I had a deaf driver I was a bit scared at the start but it was a great, we catch up every year with the others drivers we have had. The ride starts at 9.00am and we get back around 4.00pm. They feed us morning tea and lunch on the way, and we go somewhere different each year.

I recommend that everyone goes on a Harley ride it is so much fun.

Day 46 & 47

Day 46 is a photo of me on the phone to my mum. Michael and I live so far away from my family (about 1700km) that we talk to mum nearly every night. We might miss a few on the weekends. But we talk every night Monday - Friday. I also brought web cams for my mum and my brothers so we can see each other and talk. The web cam also lets me see my nieces and they get to see all of us. We used to go down and visited all the time once but with everyone at school it makes it hard.

And Day 47 No sport for Thomas this week I get to be home early tonight and tomorrow night. I'm so excited I get to cook dinner early.
Bye for now

I Can't Believe I Left My Camera At Home!!!!

Any other time I take it with me.

Saturday was like any other Saturday. Up early and of to soccer Had all the paperwork for the carnival, put all the children in there teams for it, pulled out a few goals and set up a few fields ready to start the day. The day was so busy with every one paying for the carnival and for team photos which are next week. I was flat out trying to do the things I do and the wind was blowing so hard and paperwork was going every where. The under 6's, 7's , 9's and 11's had finished playing. That's means it's time for a hot chocolate break and a chat with friends. The next thing there yelling out "get the ice". I asked who was down. It was Thomas (had to be my child) I went running across the field Thomas was screaming in pain and had a huge lump on the outside of his knee. We put the ice on it and decided he was in to much pain to move him, so we called for an ambulance. They finally arrived and gave him the whistle thingy that you suck on. Seconds after that he was as high as a kite. Laughing and telling the ambo that he had 4 eyes. After trying to straighten his leg they put it in a blow up splint and took him to the hospital. The things he was saying were so funny. He looked at me very seriously and said he loved me I really do mum I love you so much. I just laughed so did the ambo the look on his face was pricless. Anyway there is no broken bones, thankfully, he has damaged a nerve and they told him he would be in a lot of pain for at least three days and that he wasn't aloud to walk on it. He is not very happy. But he is loving the fact the girls are running after him madly.

Thats day 45 being carried around

A Busy Week

It's been a busy week with the Eisteddfod being on Thomas played his guitar and came second in the duo. Very impressed I love listening to him play. Then there was the school poems Thomas's class got first. Keely was disappointed she didn't get to play the piano, but she has only started this year. So next year she will be there with bells on. Then Friday was Abbey's dance day. They got a second and a third and danced beautifully . Keely and I spent the the day at the Eisteddfod on Friday watching everyone dance. Evie's dances were great and they looked so cute. So here is a catch up off photos.

Thursday photo is my shadow on the front of the house (everyone else has done it thought I better to)and

Fridays photos Is HAPPY BIRTHDAY BIG GIRL. I took a cake to work with a candle, some party hats and of course a birthday isn't a birthday without noise thingies. (happy birthday have a great day, that's Melissa in the middle)

It's Been A While

Just to let you know that I have still been taking photos daily. I will post them all tonight. A bit slack I know but so much has been happening. Better get back to work or no-one will get paid today.

A Quick Post

Just a quick post today as you can see by my Day 42 photo my eyes are very black underneath and I'm feeling a bit tired. I was up to all hours last night trying to organise the teams for the Moree Soccer Carnival and having Michael & Thomas sick is also very tiring.

Congratulations Brenda on winning Pips Dress up challenge the whole Hippie thing was a great idea and very funny.

bye for now
