From This To This Day 132

This photo is of me this morning you couldn't wipe the smile of my face. This photo was taken after a phone call at 4.30pm this afternoon. This call managed to turn my smile into tears.

I had several conversations with the

PA hospital in Brisbane letting me know that my op would be done on the nineth of November and that I needed to go to Brisbane on Wednesday. Today I received several more phone calls confirming the operations. Today at 4.30pm they rang to let me know that the surgeon was unavailable for the op. They did the same thing last year. I think I will just give up on it now.

We had a visitor last night not a very welcome one. The kids were horrified and there was no way I was going near it. He was bigger then a bread plate very scary.

Abbey's Formal

Abbey had her school formal on Thursday night she looked lovely. The hair do was done by me, I think it turned out pretty good. Amy, Nikki and Jess all looked lovely as well, not really sure who the guys are.

Ladies Day At Weengallon

Ladies day is organised by the kindy committee in Weengallon every year. This year they had over 130 women attend mostly dressed in pink (YUK I hate pink) I borrowed a pale pink skirt and wore it with a navy top. We had a wonderful lunch and a few wines,

listened to a few breast cancer survivors and shopped at the stalls. I bought a brown hand bag. The tables looked great as did the hall. This is the centre piece from our table they were all decorated differently and looked great. Day 118 Chris Barb and myself as we were leaving for home.

Day 117

I Need To Go On A Retreat To Get Over The Weekend Retreat

What a busy 3 days we had in Toowoomba. Friday we were busy doing retail therapy. I brought 5 pairs of shoes (Luv Luv Luv shoes) and a few summer clothes and of course somthing for the children. Friday night we all went to the Highfeilds Tavern for tea then back the the retreat for drinks before hitting the hay at around 1.30am (we will never learn). Then it was up at 6.30 for yoga Barb and I enjoyed watching everyone workout. This was followed by breakfast and then workshops all day. That night we all had dinner at the centre. Then back to our rooms for more drinks. Our rooms were very small the only had 2 single beds in them and a sink and cupboard NO fridges. I felt like I was back at school (we also had to share toliets and showers) So our sink turned into our drink cooler.

Day 116

Sunday morning was drumming it was so much fun. By the end of the session everyone was playing really well.

My Baby Is 10 Today

Day 114 It's Keely birthday and there is lots of excitement this morning with a Nintendo DS as a present with games and a few clothes and of course some money.

A few wild storms and about 2 inches of rain has left or pool cover torn and water laying everywhere. Luckier then some. Trish lost her roof and three cars ended up with a tree on top of them at the RSL.
